Whilst Sundowner is part of the development, they have been fortunate enough to already successfully achieve Right to manage. They went to tender and subsequently served notice on SDL in 2017 and have now appointed an ARMA Q registered managing agent to look after their interests. 
They will therefore initially not be involved in the Right to manage application for the remaining blocks but will be included at a later date in relation to issues that effect Admirals Quay as a whole.
