AQRTM has been set up by a dedicated group of Admirals Quay leaseholders who are not satisfied with the current situation faced by owners and residents of admirals Quay.
The two biggest concerns are over the unduly high service charges and the speed at which maintenance issues are being addressed.
We simply feel that the current set up could be improved and better value for money delivered to all.
